At MOM, Magic Of Millets, we prepare and pack our products with care to ensure quality and freshness. Since our products are food items, refunds and returns are handled carefully for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

• A damaged product • A wrong product • A spoiled or leaking package • A missing item in your order

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number • Clear photos/videos of the product • A short explanation of the issue

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

• The issue is verified by our team • The complaint is reported within 24 hours of delivery • Proof of damage or issue is provided

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Taste preferences • Delay caused by courier partners • Incorrect address entered by the customer • Minor packaging dents without product damage • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
